Who receives your data
We share your data with processors only as needed to run Dr. Thoughts. The kinds of processor are:
- Cloud hosting, database and storage providers
- AI model providers
- Notification-delivery providers
- Security and bot-protection providers
- Service providers supporting authorised safety or user-requested review
Processors are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes. App stores receive subscription and account transaction information but do not receive your private chats from Dr. Thoughts for payment processing.
We do not share your health-related data with anyone for their own purposes without the separate authorisation the law requires.
If we refuse a request
If we refuse a request about your data, you can appeal. Email info@zoby.tech with the subject “Consumer Health Data Appeal”, or reply to our decision with that subject. If an appeal is denied, our answer will explain how to contact the relevant state attorney general.
